Article 1

The Digital Trade Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Singapore ('the Agreement') is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union.

The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2 

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
