Article 1
The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Ministerial Council of the Energy Community (the ‘Ministerial Council’) at its 22nd session to be held on 12 December 2024 regarding the issues falling under the scope of Article 218(9) TFEU is set out in Annex I to this Decision.
Article 2
The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Regulatory Board of the Energy Community (the ‘Regulatory Board’) at its 59th session to be held on 10 December 2024 regarding the issues falling under the scope of Article 218(9) TFEU is set out in Annex II to this Decision.
Article 3
Minor changes to the draft decisions set out in Annexes I and II, in the light of comments from the Energy Community Contracting Parties before or at the Ministerial Council or Regulatory Board meeting, may be agreed by the Commission without a further decision of the Council.
Article 4
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
