Article 1
Article 1, point (1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/2061 is replaced by the following:
| ‘(1) | Category 1 – Vessels fishing for crustaceans other than spiny lobster:
In this category, no more than 18 vessels may operate in Mauritanian waters at any one time.’. |
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 8 December 2023.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
