Article 1
The Agreement between Canada and the European Union on the transfer and processing of Passenger Name Record (PNR) data is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.
The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
Article 2
The Commission shall proceed, on behalf of the Union, to make the notification provided for in Article 31 of the Agreement20, in order to express the consent of the Union to be bound by the Agreement.
Article 3
This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
