Article 1
The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf in the meetings of the Extended Commission of the Convention for the Conservation of the Southern Bluefin Tuna (the ‘Extended Commission’) is set out in Annex I.
Article 2
The year-to-year specification of the Union’s position to be taken in the meetings of the Extended Commission shall be conducted in accordance with Annex II.
Article 3
The Union’s position set out in Annex I shall be assessed and, where appropriate, revised by the Council upon a proposal from the Commission, at the latest for the annual meeting of the Extended Commission in 2029.
Article 4
Decision (EU) 2019/824 is hereby repealed.
Article 5
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
