Article 1
Regulation (EU) 2021/2283 is amended as follows:
| (1) | in Article 1, the following paragraph is added: ‘4. The suspension laid down in paragraph 2 does not apply to products originating in Russia, with the exception of quota order numbers 09.2600, 09.2742, 09.2698 and 09.2835, or in Belarus.’; |
| (2) | the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation. |
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2023.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
