Article 1

In the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 974/98, the following entry is inserted between the entry for France and the entry for Ireland:

‘Croatia1 January 20231 January 2023No’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
