Article 1
Amendment of Regulation (EU) 2021/91
The Annex to Regulation (EU) 2021/91 is amended in accordance with Part A of the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2
Amendment of Regulation (EU) 2021/92
Regulation (EU) 2021/92 is amended as follows:
| (1) | Annex IA is amended in accordance with Part B of the Annex to this Regulation; |
| (2) | Annex IB is amended in accordance with Part C of the Annex to this Regulation. |
Article 3
Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
