Article 1 -

In point (b) of Article 28a of Regulation (EU) No 267/2012, the words ‘until 14 January 2016’ are replaced by the words ‘until 4 February 2016’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
