Contents

Article 1

The position to be taken on behalf of the European Union, within the Stabilisation and Association Council established by Article 126 of the Agreement, shall be based on the draft Decision of the Stabilisation and Association Council attached to this Decision.

Technical amendments to that draft Decision may be accepted without further decision by the Council.

Article 2

Member States shall be invited to form part of the delegation of the European Union to all the meetings of the Stabilisation and Association Council. They shall also receive all documentation submitted to or issued by the Stabilisation and Association Council. Member States shall provide the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, in accordance with his or her responsibilities pursuant to the Treaties and his or her capacity as President of the Foreign Affairs Council, with the necessary information to that effect.

Article 3

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
