Article 1

The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 974/98 is amended by inserting the following row in the table between the entries for Latvia and Luxembourg:

‘Lithuania1 January 20151 January 2015No’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
