Article 1

The Union position within the Association Council set up by the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Kingdom of Morocco, of the other part, on the implementation of the EU-Morocco ENP Action Plan implementing the advanced status (2013-2017) shall be based on the draft recommendation of the Association Council attached to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
