Article 1

1. Regulation (EEC) No 3448/80 is repealed.

2. The repeal of the Regulation referred to in paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to:

(a)the maintenance in force of Union acts adopted on the basis of the Regulation referred to in paragraph 1; and

(b)the continuing validity of amendments made by the Regulation referred to in paragraph 1 to other acts of Union law that are not repealed by this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
