Article 1

The Annex to Decision 2004/162/EC is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 February 2012.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
