COMMISSION DECISION
NON-AUTOMATIC CARRYOVER OF NON-DIFFERENTIATED APPROPRIATIONS FROM 2007 TO 2008
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to Article 9, points 1 to 4 of the Financial Regulation of 25 June 2002 applicable to the general budget of the European Communities1, Council Regulation No 1605/2002,2 as last amended by Financial Regulation of 13 December 2006 applicable to the general budget of the European Communities3, Council Regulation No 1995/2006 (JO L390 30.12.L2006)
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Sole Article
1. The following appropriations from Section III (Commission) of the 2007 budget are hereby carried over to 2008 for the reasons set out in the annex.
€ 879,770 for non-differentiated appropriations.
2. The Council and Parliament shall be informed of this decision.
