Contents

Article 1

In the Annex to Directive 94/80/EC the following shall be added:

'in Austria:

Gemeinden, Bezirke in der Stadt Wien

in Finland:

kunta, kommun, kommun på Åland

in Sweden:

kommuner, landsting.`

Article 2

This Directive shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

Article 3

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
