Article 1 - Amendment of Regulation (EU) 2023/194
(1) Article 7 is deleted;
(2) Annexes IA, IB, IH and VI are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 - Entry into force and application
It shall apply from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
